I am a writer and philosopher.

I am currently pursuing an MFA in Fiction at NYU, where I am a Writers in the Public Schools Fellow. My fiction has been published in The Kenyon Review and Conjunctions, is forthcoming again in The Kenyon Review, and won third prize in the 2025 Zoetrope: All-Story Short Fiction Competition, judged by Jamel Brinkley. I am at work on a novel.

I also have a PhD in Philosophy from Columbia University, where I specialized in metaphysics and ancient philosophy, and have taught at Columbia, NYU, and The New School. You can find more information about my research here; more information about my teaching here; and my CV here.
